I am really appreciated Jessica's assistance in finding my dream house. I had been searching for months and finally found my dream home through Jessica. She is incredibly patient as I inspected the house multiple times. Even when I contacted her late at night with questions, she was responsive and reassuring. And she help me to get the contract reply before last minute. Thanks to Jessica's great guidance, I felt confident in bidding and securing the house at auction. Highly recommend Jessica's expertise and her team.

Jessica is a great communicator, with us and with the potential buyers. She has an extensive reach to Chinese buyers as well as local buyers. Jessica made our property sale a great success and I would highly recommend her to vendors wanting their properties sold.

Jessica is a very experienced agent, from calls, txts and suggestions, I could feel her acumen, her diligence and her professionalism. Jessica understands my requirements so well and brought this property to my attention when I was not even looking to buy in East Killara and it ticked all my boxes. Jessica’s bilingual skill helps a lot during the negotiation process as she can explain things in mandarin to some of my family members to make them feel comfortable. What impressed me the most was her timely responses regardless it was 10pm at night or Saturday evening. The services Jessica provided to me as a buyer made me feel very confident in the purchase. I would love to work with Jessica and her team again in the future with my property dealings and I highly recommend her to all vendors and buyers in the north shore area.

I first spoke to Jessica 7 years ago to value my investment property, without hesitation she promptly assisted me with this for years, ever since she has been my go-to agent. She recently helped me sell my investment property and her support was almost care free, giving me confidence in the sale process. She followed up every potential buyer, providing updates often and giving realistic expectations. All in all, I recommend Jessica.

They were also extremely helpful in recommending contractors and arranging quotes regarding related aspects of the sale. I highly recommend Jessica Cao to sell your home. Working with Jessica made our house sale so free of stress. She was open, honest and communication was clear at all times. I loved the WhatsApp to keep everyone in the loop. She listened to us and was friendly and caring while getting the job done. We sold in 12 days for a great price, which I don't think we would have done with any other agent. We've bought and sold a few times and hopefully will use her again. I highly recommend Jessica.

Jessica was the first on my list of agents to discuss the selling of my town house. After I met & talked with her I knew that she was the person I would work with and there was no need to talk with anyone else. It was the right decision. I had complete confidence in Jessica and it was reciprocated in the way she and the team kept me informed with a meeting every week and viewing reports throughout the campaign. I would certainly recommend Jessica and her team to any prospective vendors.

We were incredibly fortunate to have worked with Stephanie twice – first as buyers, and then as sellers. She's not just an exceptional agent; she's a wonderful person who truly cares about her clients and consistently goes above and beyond. Whenever we felt worried, she promptly followed up and shared her wealth of market knowledge, putting our minds at ease. Her genuine care and expertise made a potentially daunting process so much more enjoyable. We cannot recommend Stephanie highly enough.
