Jessica has been instrumental in our recent sales of a property in Lindfield. She has been highly engaged from the very start, with attention to detail, friendliness and knowledge, we have been well informed throughout the whole time. Her team at same time has also been extremely organised, making the whole selling process transparent with respect. I would not hesitate to consult her again should the opportunity comes.

Unique homes can be a challenge to sell as they need unique buyers, particularly in challenging local market conditions. But they also need a unique agent, and in this regard meeting Lisa was a game-changer—a breath of fresh air in the all-too-often predictable world of real estate. Our experience highlighted the rare combination of strengths Lisa offers. Her exceptionally high level of intellectual and emotional intelligence coupled with her artful negotiating abilities were instrumental in the success of our campaign. Her strategic thinking, adaptability and creativity, attention to detail and excellent communication skills all contributed to the smooth running of a successful campaign and helped to deliver a satisfactory outcome not only in terms of price but also in terms of the emotionally challenging process of selling our family home of more than 20 years. Lisa ensured we felt supported, secure and confident across all stages of our campaign from early discussions on relevant and important local market conditions and potential sales strategies, through to sensitive price negotiations at the end. We would wholeheartedly recommend Lisa without hesitation and wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again. She is truly rare in this field.

We’ve had a great relationship with Lisa for a few years now and always knew she would be the one to sell our property when the time came. Lisa’s professionalism and masterful negotiating skills led to us achieving a fabulous result. She is always available and has a great team as well as many contacts she can call on at a moment’s notice. That took so much pressure out of the whole process. Lisa is the consummate professional and went above and beyond. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

The agency coordinated every detail, including marketing, styling, removalist, flowers, plants etc, We achieved an excellent result in a complex market after just 12 days from first open. I would highly recommend Lisa and if I’m selling again, I will definitely call on her services.

This has taken us some time to write, as it’s hard to put into words our appreciation of Jessica and her team. Jessica is thoughtful, witty, approachable and trustworthy. She is an extremely hard worker and as a result, there wasn’t an opportunity left unexplored in the sale of our home. Jessica’s communication skills are outstanding - and we always felt informed and listened to. We were thrilled with the outcome and would (and already have!) wholeheartedly recommend Jessica and her team.

I couldn't be happier with the exceptional service provided by Jessica and Lyndon throughout the auction process. Their caring attitude and hard work were evident every step of the way. Not only did they guide me with expertise and dedication, but they also secured my dream price at auction. I'm truly grateful for their efforts and highly recommend Jessica and her team to anyone in need of a dedicated and skilled real estate agent in the North Shore. Scott must have felt the pressure of having vendors who were both real estate agents, who had already been through long, drawn-out and unsuccessful sales campaigns with other top agents. We were sceptical that our dream price could be achieved and yet he rose above all expectations by selling the property for a record price in an extremely difficult market. We cannot recommend him highly enough. Many thanks to both Rosanna and Scott for looking after our house and ensuring it went into the hands of another lovely family who will enjoy it for generations to come. Elaine and Samuel Seit

Jessica was professional and good at time management. I need to sell my house within a month. Jessica was able to mobilize her team to decorate the house and complete the auction in time. Jessica continuously provided updated reports on the open houses with her views. She kept in touch with all visitors to resolve their queries and worries and was able to achieve adequate no. of buyers to the auction. We achieved good results, above our expectations. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
