I like to give the benefit of the doubt but a few times now I have been surprised that suitable applications have not been passed on for review or have been completely overlooked. Luckily I do my own due diligence and was able to pick up on this before missing out on good tenants who deserved a chance in the tough rental market. Hopefully that trust can be rebuilt in future.
