Just signed a lease agreement through this agency and regret it immensely. The agency had falsely advertised the property as furnished and included extra appliances and furnishings at the viewing. Furthermore, at the viewing, when we asked the agent if everything we see will be included in the lease - SHE SAID YES, AS IS. Now we have moved in to a half empty apartment and are told, we don't have any evidence in writing and must simply accept the partly furnished property as is. The agency also disgustingly encouraged us to pay extra rent, under the premise that it was fully furnished. Be very cautious when using this agency to rent. They will avoid your calls, ignore multiple emails from you and display a complete lack of professionalism. Be prepared to constantly hear the words "Unfortunately there's nothing we can do".
