Leigh in maintenance is also very helpful and clearly lets me know options to move forward using his understanding and familiarity with the issues faced. Leigh is open to other options in addressing maintenance issues and keeps me informed of the progress. He is patient in his explanations to my many questions and also in waiting for me to perform any maintenance items myself or via my contactors. I've also had numerous discussions with Andrew, Toby and team in sales and found their advice to be professional and most helpful. Other staff I interact with are also friendly and helpful. The team at Ray White Urban Springs are obviously well lead for all the staff to be professional, helpful and friendly when working in what can be a stressful environment at times. Ray white urban Springs are extremely professional from the moment they answer the phone to fulfilling the tenancy. Nothing is too difficult for them. They provided similar properties to compare, they told us how to prepare the place, they organised tradesto fix problems and throughout the process had strong communication skills and we were kept informed throughout. This will happen in the lead up to Christmas.
