Dottie has done a fantastic job. Tenants moved out and in less then 2 weeks new tenants moved in. She was very organised meeting me at the property to discuss the end of lease inspection and organised everything that needed to be finalised before the new Tenants moved in, such as a cleaner and a gardener as they had not left the property to the standed required. Thank you Dottie for making this transition easy for me.
