The team let us know that a property we had previously viewed had come back on the market. Marcus and Toby were really helpful and gave us a full tour of the property and amenities, answering our questions and getting back to us really quickly with anything they couldn’t answer. Marcus talked us through the process to put our offer in, and kept us informed the whole way through. Once accepted, Kylie touched base to see how we were doing and walked us through the rest of the process. On hand over day Ohana met us at the property to make sure we had everything we needed.
