The team were great starting with Dabielle who had kept in contact with us for the last 9 to 10 years. When it came to selling they were the most optimistic. We chose Toby as he provided a great sales pitch and presented well. Kylie in the office organised everything from staging, paperwork to maintence items and the process ran smoothly. The team were easy to deal with and the contact was constant including routine updates We liked that their fee was negotiable based on how they performed again backing themselves to do the best by the client. We also had multiple offers but we were happy they were aligned that we would take our first verbal offer that had a much longer settlement duration. Overall a great experience.
