We bought a unit through him at Rivervale WA. The experience was okay with no major hiccups. The only thing was that he wanted to talk to our banker before taking our offer to the vendor. We found that a bit odd but since we were transparent we gave him their details and everything from there moved smoothly. We eventually ended up buying the place and the same agency is managing our property competently.
