As this is the first time selling a property, we were quite well informed upfront as to what is to be expected in terms of the current market conditions, fees, conditions of engagement. What I like most is the friendly approach, all our questions and concerns were addressed. We liked very much that Andrew their services unconditional until the property is sold and willing to list without any further fees if the desired price is not met. The flexi fee is a unique feature of his services gives us of a good impression without the need to nego. We were well informed of the process of the sale right through which is beyond expectations and report the day itself or next day. We were engaged all the time. The team were knowledgeable and professional throughout. For constructive feedback we felt that the initial draft of property ad could be a bit more detail in terms of surrounding schools and amenities for potential buyers - overseas and interstate buyers not familiar to the location.
