Andrew was very knowledgeable with the way to market our property. He suggested an auction because of the condition of the house and the size of the land. He gave us a weekly report on how many viewings there were, how many people that seemed interested, plus the offers that were presented. They were very detailed reports. Marcus and Toby were also involved in the marketing of the property and did a lot of follow up phone calls to prospective buyers. Kylie was excellent in the handling of the administration side of things. Any queries that we had were answered immediately and she seemed extremely organised with everything that she did.
