Joe and Oana did a great job helping us sell our much-loved property in Maylands. They demonstrated a good knowledge of the market and marketing strategy, as well as assisting with getting trades in to do some minor renovations prior to listing. They were diligent in getting buyers through the door, following up, getting offers, and communicating with us and buyers. The end result was a good price, from a good buyer, in less than a week, and a frictionless transaction. Couldn’t ask for more.

Joseph was extremely helpful in negotiating with the strata manager over an issue that should have been resolved 6 months previously and was preventing the sale of the property. We were unable to attend the property and he speedily organised tradesmen on our behalf. He was most pleasant and helpful throughout the whole process and secured a sale within a very short time.

Joseph chased us up about marketing our property but was never pushy or annoying - he was just doing his job and doing it well. Once we signed up with him to sell it for us he did everything he possibly could to facilitate a sale and to make it easy for us who live a couple of hours away. Nothing was ever too much trouble and if he said he was going to do something, he did it. We appreciate people who keep their word.
