I have been a real estate agent in the Wamuran area since 2009, so the chances are that you have seen me around town. I started my real estate career working for Don Ward in the Moreton Bay region. When his son Terry Ward opened Ray White Wamuran and offered me a job I jumped at the chance. I was excited to be working in an area that is growing rapidly with the diversity of residential, rural and farming properties. Staying within the Ward family business and knowing their integrity and professionalism was important to me. For those of you I have already spoken to, you may have noticed my accent, I didn’t start life in Australia. I was born in Portugal and came from a farming background where my love of the land comes from. My grandparents and parents were hard working farmers, who owned and ran an orchard with the help of my brother and I. At the age of twenty-one I purchased my first piece of land adjacent to my parent’s property - it was a proud moment for me, as I believe it is for everyone. I speak four languages, English of course, Spanish, Portuguese and French, so please feel free to strike up a conversation in your native tongue, as I enjoy the chance to exercise my language skills. I was lured away from farming in my mid twenties to work on cruise liners, but I never lost interest in real estate, saving every penny I made to invest in property. When I met my beautiful wife, who just happened to live in Australia, I relocated to Oz. I immediately saw the opportunities of investment in real estate. We purchased our first home and along the way built up our own investment portfolio. I have a good understanding of the needs of my clients, be it selling, buying or investing. I am now one of Ray White Wamuran’s longest serving agents with a vast experience in real estate and the area. Amazing service from start to end

Ashley and the team provided amazing service from start to finish, we couldn't have asked for a better team. Ashley was recommended to me on a Facebook post, and contacted me within minutes of being tagged. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of my questions. She responded to my messages and calls quickly, and nothing was a bother. Ashley and the team got us an amazing result. They know what they're doing when it comes to marketing and engagement, and our home sold after the first open home at a record price for our estate and we couldn't have been happier.
