I had previously listed my Bribie island property with 4 other agents going back to May 2024. In the 18 months that it was for sale I had 2 offers on the property which did not lead to a sale. I had a referral from a friend to speak with Karen Pieterse from Ray White Warner. I was a little skeptical being out of area however Karen proved me so very wrong. I live in Far North Qld and from the word go she helped me make sure the property was ready to market again. Her communication with me was daily and I was grateful with her help.
