Cara truly is a 4500 local, and knows the suburb inside and out. We asked for her to appraise our property 30 hours after moving in. Yes, you read that right. Hours, not days. Cara has knowledgeable trades that she has personally vetted. This ensured that when getting our property to the standard that both of us were happy with, was beyond simplified. I personally wouldn't use anyone else. She is a down the line, no BS type of agent. Actually not agent, but we prefer to think of her as our friend.

My honest account of my experience is disappointing. All good up until we paid deposit though. The communication then was abysmal, relying on a report rather than personalised contact with a summary of events. If we wanted to know anything we had to ask - zero proactivity - 4 days later and no feedback. Felt we were a number and commission. Felt judged at times. Was $40k short of our minimum asking price, but claims got asking price. Felt like she was working for the buyers not us. Nothing extra for the sale, just a WhatsAp message. Was surprising. Good market knowledge. Simplified most processes which was good. Responsive to a question but annoying I have to ask something basic. Leon was great. My experience of Natalie was she just doesn't care and I was a hassle - a quality, caring/ personal experience was not delivered. There are no doubt worse agents to go through but she started off strong and ended poor unfortunately. Very in contrast to reviews and reputation so I really don't get it.
