It was our first time selling a property. Tessa gave us great confidence in trusting the process throughout the campaign with her plan and excellent communication. Come auction day we were very satisfied with the result.

From our first meeting with Chris we knew that we were fortunate to be working with a friendly considerate and knowledgeable person in whom we had genuine confidence. And this all proved to be the case. Chris’s information and advice were all ‘spot on’, enabling us to be totally ready to participate in the auction process confidently and, ultimately, most successfully. We would be most happy to have Chris act as our agent in the future if the need arose. Rob and Trish 2 Burkes Rd Terang

Jason's experience and advice was great throughout the process. We felt confident in Jason's knowledge of the market and how to best position the property for sale to prospective buyers. He provided clear advice during COVID and we felt confident he was providing us with the best advice and strategies during the impacts of the lockdowns. Jason communicated regularly and it was clear that his intent was to help us to achieve the best outcome possible. Jason is excellent to work with and I would not hesitate in recommending him.

Jason had a great marketing plan from the start. Even with lockdowns and then an online auction I was always well informed and felt we were on track for a great result. Come auction day that’s exactly what we got

We found Jason , had a great knowledge of the local market and what we should expect when selling and always kept us updated with feedback from potential buyers and followed up quickly.

Chris Thomas far exceeded my expectations. He provided a thorough overview of the market conditions, discussed the potential sales options and quickly visited the property to determine an appropriate price point and the best way to market the property. Chris responded very quickly to all correspondence. I trusted him to do the best for me as the vendor from the onset. The property sold after one opening that attracted 4 very solid offers.
