Jason is a well presented agent and communicated well with us. Jason had a very good understanding of the Warrnambool market which was key to selling the property. As satisfied clients we recommend speaking to Jason when considering the sale of your property.

I chose Chris based on his proven track record and demonstrated results in selling lifestyle properties like mine. His experience and knowledge of the market is invaluable and his professional, polite and calm manner, exemplary. Chris was refreshingly honest and straightforward in communicating all aspects of the sales process. He kept me updated regularly throughout the campaign with weekly reports and was extremely proactive and hard-working in finding buyers and providing feedback to me after each inspection. Overall, Chris made the daunting process of selling my property simple and he was able to achieve a terrific result. I could not be happier and highly recommend him to anyone wishing to sell any type of property.

We purchased Lockett Drive with Jason and he was our agent for the house we were selling at the time, through both sales he was informative, friendly and his communication was flawless, we were never waiting on information, it really made the transition from one property to another a breeze. I will be definitely using Jason as our agent when the time comes to sell/purchase again.

We contacted Jason Thwaites at Ray White Warrnambool when we decided to sell our house in Koroit. We needed to down size to a smaller house in central Koroit. Jason had sold our son's house in Koroit and we were impressed with him. Jason took over selling our house - advertising, open days and then to auction. Friends said we might be lucky to get around $450,000. Jason sold it at auction for $605,000! Jason ensured we had an easy time with all paperwork. We'd certainly recommend Jason Thwaites to our friends.

The whole process with Chris as our agent was excellent from the moment he got in contact. In our experience, Chris was professional and patient, especially with my parents who did not speak English. Chris also understood the market well, including which websites were best for advertising, what actions were beneficial and what aspects were important with regards to presenting the house for sale. It was our first time selling and Chris really explained the processes in detail and at each step of the way making it as easy as possible for us. We would highly recommend engaging Chris if you intend on selling.
