A huge thankyou to Chris again for his professional, honest and easy to approach manner in the sale of our property. We have had the pleasure of working with Chris a number of times now and we wouldn't use anybody else! Love your work!

Chris and Harry sold my house within a week - without it officially hitting the market! And the price was above what I had ever expected!! They have great knowledge of the local real estate market, have many connections in the town and are a pleasure to deal with. They answered my every phone call and question with honesty and professionalism. They are also so easy to talk to and cut out the real estate talk. Which was so important to me! Don’t waste your time listing your house with anyone else - talk to Chris and Harry today!

Chris was very helpful in assisting us with the sale of our house. His advice was realistic and obviously based on a sound knowledge of the current local market. We received regular updates following any inspections and good analysis of potential purchaser feedback. The house was sold within 3 weeks of being advertised.

Chris was able to provide excellent information to base the judgement to sell my property. He was supportive of the type of sale I requested and we ended up with a great result, with very little stress on myself.

We have recently sold our property in Warrnambool through Chris Thomas - Ray White Real Estate. As we live interstate this was very difficult task for Chris.Nothing was too much trouble in presenting our property for the market. His communication, commitment and professional approach was outstanding. We were continually updated on all aspects of marketing throughout the process of listing & selling our property. Chris's knowledge of Warrnambool market is amazing.

Chris was outstanding in our sales journey. We are not the easiest vendors to deal with, having listed and then removed our property due to having another baby. Chris maintained contact over the time and having made a decision to not sell, Chris was supportive and not pushy. We indicated to Chris that we would be happy to entertain offers if he had clients interested. Chris provided 2 serious buyers and within a day or two the property was sold. For a price that exceeded our expectation. Chris is honest, hardworking and straight down the line. No sales pitches, just honest feedback. Would highly recommend Chris as either a buyer or seller.

Chris did exactly what he said he would do. We were happy with the sale price that Chris achieved.

We purchased through Tessa in what was a complicated negotiation and long settlement. Tessa was a fantastic communicator, always available and really assisted both parties in reaching an agreement. She was always very honest and open while being very respectful. During the long settlement we needed access a few times in which she organised and attended well after the sale had taken place. She really did help our dream come true and make the buying and moving process a whole lot easier. Definately an agent that provides AMAZING after purchase care. Would highly recommend.
