Jason was fantastic to deal with, the thing we appreciated most was the excellent communication and professionalism he displayed through the whole process. He knew the market and made sure not only did we get the result we wanted but exceeded it. Would recommend to anyone looking to sell their property.

As I was an interstate buyer planning to return to warrnambool to live Chris was very helpful. He kept me informed throughout the process by telephone, answered any questions I had and was friendly and professional at all times. Thank you Chris and your colleague.

From first phone contact until settlement Chris was impressive in his knowledge both of the market and in the best way to proceed to achieve our goal price . We were kept well informed of results of inspections, interest in online advertising and any offers. Considering the rapidly evolving situation caused by the corona virus and impending restrictions on normal auctions Chris did a amazing job in securing a purchaser for our property at our hoped for price.

Chris, was clear about his/my expectations over the marketing period before we gave him the listing. He did a lot of research to get a realistic price match and gave us lots of houses to compare ours too.Did everything he said and more. He's communication was excellent. Kept us in the loop ALL the time. Did not pressure me to accept the first offer, even though it was close to our reserve. He was very realistic in every aspect and kept it real all the way. So happy, thank you Chris!
