We had a great outcome with the sale of our house.
We found Holly to be knowledgeable, enthusiastic and very hard working. We were reluctant to sale our home through auction but Holly advised that it would be a profitable way to sale our home and she was correct. The sales campaign was solid from start to finish and Holly kept us in the loop through the entire process. We would certainly recommend Holly to any of our friends wishing to sell their home.

Genuine down to earth agent
I had met Holly a few years ago when looking for a house to buy. Now that I'm selling it was easy to choose Holly, having already been on the other side. Holly was very easy to get along with and I found her to be genuine and not too salesy. When it came to crunch time she put in the hard yards and got me a price well over the reserve. I first contacted Holly about a year before actually going on the market. She didn't push me to list before I was ready, but she kept in touch so I knew she was keen and enthusiastic about selling my property. Her enthusiasm and vibrancy carried over and I believe would help rub off on potential buyers as well. I can highly recommend Holly!

Best real estate experience ever.

Brooke had Great Presence in Kedron
I first met Brooke Copping at other open homes in Kedron, and we chose her as our agent as we felt she had a great presence in the suburb. Very professional and a pleasure to work with
Holly was approachable at inspections and very informative of the house and suburb. She worked in the best interest of the sellers by continuing to show the property until we were unconditional. I would want my agent to do similarly if I was selling.

Passionate and Honest...
My wife and I had lived in Gordon Park for 7 years, and were looking for someone who loved the area. When we met Holly for the first time we knew she was the one.
