We had interviewed a few agents but we felt that Brooke made us feel the most comfortable and we connected better with her. Initially we were reluctant to go to auction because we thought that if the property was passed in we would have to start the whole process again which would cost more money. After Brooke's explanation of the process and how the auction campaign works we were more than happy to go with auction as we did also have a deadline to sell by. Alistair and his team conducted a legendary campaign to find buyers who understood the value of the property I was selling. The market in Brisbane currently seems to be stable, but nervous. Despite this, Alistair & team constructed a marketing campaign which would see over 200 unique visitor groups inspect the property, and register a large group of bidders for the auction. The sale price exceeded my expectations, though I know it's still exceptional value to the buyer.
