To whom it may concern, Damien Misso of Ray White Woody Point listed our house in March 22. My house was a bit unusual - 3 stories with a lift on Macdonnell Rd Margate. Damien's appraisal was very much on the money in relation to price and he was extremely professional in it's presentation. Throughout the campaign & sale he and his team were always available and extremely helpful as we work and were not always able to be at the house to do what was required.
