Excellent Agent!
Damien recently sold our unit at 6/12 Georgina St Woody Point. We had it listed with another agency and failed to sell 3 months. We then gave it to Damien and he sold it after a few weeks. We found Damien easy to deal with, great at communication and prompt at providing feedback. He gave very good advice regarding market trends. We had full confidence that Damien had our interest as sellers, paramount. I would confidently recommend Damien to anyone who wants to sell their house.

Best Agent we've ever had !!
Damien is by far the best realestate agent we've ever had. He is very knowledgeable and knows the market really well. From the very beginning of the sale process he gave us handy hints and tips for preparing our home for sale. Much of these things, although simple could have been easily overlooked. Things like the best times for open home inspections, to professional photography, videography and aerial shots really impressed us. Damien has been incredible with the level of communication he's given us and even when the market got a little quiet he was always there to reassure us that things were still on track. Of course with any sale, we were also very happy with our sale price which is a reflection on Damiens excellent negotiation skills.
