Due to being based overseas and not being able to return during the time of our sale. Damien was very efficient with all communication in respect to the sale of the house. Selling my investment property was one of the easiest things I have ever done. Right from the beginning I felt I was in expert hands with Damien looking after everything. He responded to emails and calls promptly but in saying that I had to make very few calls as he was completely pro active and advised me of what was happening every step of the way.
