Could not have asked for more!
Having not lived in Brisbane for 25 years, and living 1000kms away, we were recommended from a very respected friend to speak with Damien about helping sell our mothers home. The extra mile he and his Team went to, from not just selling the home, but organising cleaners, mowing, pest inspections, and so much more, we could not be more satisfied. He kept us informed every step of the way, and was the ultimate professional, but with a genuine desire to want to help us. Thanks so much Damien!

Very professional and genuine
Due to being based overseas and not being able to return during the time of our sale. Damien's professionalism and local market knowledge gave us peace of mind that the process of selling our property was being well taken care of right from the start. Damien was very efficient with all communication in respect to the sale of the house. As the house was vacant he even organised the lawns to be mowed to ensure that the property was presentable at all times! Great service!

Totally professional from beginning to end.
Selling my investment property was one of the easiest things I have ever done. Right from the beginning I felt I was in expert hands with Damien looking after everything. He responded to emails and calls promptly but in saying that I had to make very few calls as he was completely pro active and advised me of what was happening every step of the way. I only wish other agencies were as professional and trustworthy. I have no hesitation in recommending Damien's services to any future seller. Ps The agency also looked after my rental property for over 10 years and did a fantastic job.

Damiens approach was most impressive.
About Damien, from the first time we walked in to Damiens office he was most helpful and couldn't do enough towards explaining how the process was best for us to sell our home. Well Prepared & Sincere!
Right from the start when Damien came to my house, he was well prepared, with all the information regarding my property & surrounding area, but what was more important to me was the person who was going to sell my house, as most of my decisions when employing, buying or dealing with people, is what sort of person they are, and I felt comfortable with Damien, not pushy, sincere and told it how it is, which continued right to and after the sale of my property.
