Damien is by far the best realestate agent we've ever had. He is very knowledgeable and knows the market really well. From the very beginning of the sale process he gave us handy hints and tips for preparing our home for sale. Much of these things, although simple could have been easily overlooked. Things like the best times for open home inspections, to professional photography, videography and aerial shots really impressed us. Damien has been incredible with the level of communication he's given us and even when the market got a little quiet he was always there to reassure us that things were still on track. Of course with any sale, we were also very happy with our sale price which is a reflection on Damiens excellent negotiation skills.
