From the moment I met Kate I knew she was the person I needed to partner with to sell my house. We set a forward date for listing so I could finish off renovations and come listing day Kate had around 10 buyers ready to come through. After 3 days on the market she had over a dozen offers to present to me. Half of the offers well exceeded my expectations. I chose to meet with Kate due to her high rating on RateMyAgent and so glad I did. The outstanding service continued after going under contract.
