I have bought and sold several properties over the years, but never have I come across a more professional, knowledgeable real estate agent than Craig Boyanich. He was recommended to me by a very dear friend who spoke highly of him and of how satisfied she was with his service. During our dealings, I felt that my opinion truly mattered and I was always listened to with great respect by him. His communication skills are excellent, both verbal and written. To say he is knowledgeable in all aspects of his profession is an understatement. He knew everything about the local area, strata by-laws, agent responsibilities and so much more. Craig is very approachable, friendly and helpful. He has a calm demeanour, which assists smooth negotiating. Nothing was too hard for him, from moving furniture for me to handyman extraordinaire. I am very glad I found him. He negotiated an excellent price for my Highgate property and I will never engage any other agent but him should I need one in the future.

We bought a house from Mark Rayner in May 2022 and he was very nice to deal with. He told us honestly the condition and history of the house, and did not use the usual aggressive pressured tactics. He was pleasant to deal with the whole way and tried to help us with information where he could. We have now decided to use Rayner a our letting agent as well and Wendy has been fantastic in getting our new house tidied up and rented. Highly reccomend!

Craig had a buyer within a week of listing. I don’t believe it was a fluke, but is the result of excellent prospecting and matching people very quickly with their desired property. Craig’s follow up to any issues arising was within 48 hours. I have used Rayners for 3 properties now for selling and purchasing and had them manage a property for me for 14 years.
