Sale of our Leederville Property
Craig was an excellent agent for us with the sale or our rental property in Leederville. He communicated with us regularly in regards to details of Home Opens. He called following these to advise of the number of parties inspecting etc. He kept us up to date in regards to offers received and negotiated with the interested parties to achieve a good sale price. Following the sale he was in touch to ensure that settlement went through smoothly and that the tenants were informed of what was happening. We found that Craig was very professional with a pleasant manner that made the sale process very smooth. We would definitely recommend him as an agent.
