We asked Mark Rayner and Craig Boyanich if they would give us a valuation on our home, then asked how we should go about selling the property. Craig and Mark explained everything that we asked them about; they were not pushy and did not try to bully us into giving them the contract to market our home. Unfortunately the next agent who came here did sort of insist that he could sell this property in a week or ten days; he did but after many anguishing and very stressful days the sale fell through. We called Mark again and he was so very helpful; he offered to help us and he was amazing; he quiet and very knowledgably about real estate, he is charming very patient about answering any questions; we think that he could sell ice to the Eskimos. We believe that Craig will go a long way in the Real Estate business and we wish him well.

Mark Rayner arrived to give us an estimate of the value of our home; had with him Craig Boyanich. They chatter on like old friends; no smoothe talk or booming their ability to sell our home; they were both very knowledgeable about sales, valuations in our are area; they explained about the ways we could market our property, auction, private viewings or an open house sale. They explained about commission, what needed to be done in the event of a sale etc. They were charming and honest without trying to push us into signing them immediately as our agents. The whole operation went smoothly and they ended up getting us a better price than the previous ageent whose sale fell through.
