Had a good experience with Helena as a property manager with redefine real estate. She is quite responsive on the queries and always kept on top of issues reported and help resolve them on time. Had a nice and pleasant stay of 1.5 years at the property where routine inspections were conducted with due diligence and any issues identified were actions upon. Would recommend them as property manager and real estate agency.

When I first arrived, I had a few problems, such as how to turn on the water and electricity, how to turn on the Wi-Fi connection. We sent a message to the company, and they would patiently explain and accompany us until the problem was solved. Basically, small problems will be fully solved after feedback, and the efficiency is very high.
