Excellent service from Re-define as usual. Managing the change-over of tenants requiring repairs and extensive cleaning in a short time-frame to ensure new tenants were greeted by a clean and tidy property with all appliances and fittings in good working order.

I had such a wonderful renting experience with Helena! As someone who just moved to Australia on my own, I was quite anxious at first, but I feel incredibly lucky to have met her. She helped me secure a home that I truly love, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable. For example, she even arranged for a new carpet to be installed so that I could have a better living environment. What I appreciate most is how genuinely caring she is towards her tenants. Since I’m not always great at checking emails, she would kindly remind me of important updates and make sure I didn’t miss anything. Helena is not just professional, but also thoughtful and reliable. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a stress-free and supportive renting experience!

Re-define has helped me rent out my property at Melbourne CBD. They were knowledgeable, extremely helpful and very professional. I had to travel overseas urgently and they took care of everything from advertising to viewing and getting the property ready for renting. Rina at Re-define went over and above with the property management services she has provided. The occupancy rate for my flat has been maximum under their management. I would recommend Re-define 100%, as a property owner, for a hassle free experience!
