The best agent I've ever dealt with
Philip helped me sell my apartment, and before that, he had been helping me with rental management. Throughout the process, he demonstrated the most outstanding ability, responsibility and professionalism, and always stood on my side and took my full consideration. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to everyone, and I would not hesitate to hand over all kinds of investment properties to him in the future.

Amazing Experience
Rina was my main contact and was super nice. Made the experience super smooth and helped me navigate through the whole process as a novice home buyer. Philip is really nice and experienced as well. Took responsibility in sitting in the building management’s committee and was able to answer questions I have about the strata very clearly and thoroughly. As an investor, they’ve also took on the future property management and made the whole process seamless.

Thank You!
Philip made the whole process almost too easy. He was happy to accomodate our short notice request for viewing. Philip was one step ahead in respect to providing all the information required. Philip comes highly recommended from our respect.
