Philip did a great job in selling my apartment to an interstate buyer. I didn't expect such an extensive reach of potential interest. Philip went the extra mile and treated an interstate buyer to an inspection that went extremely well. The sale process was quick and profitable. Much appreciate.

Philip has been an excellent help in selling our property. Even though we are interstate, he took control of everything, kept us informed and we ended up with a fantastic result in selling our property. Thank you Philip for an easy, non hassle sale.

We have just had a very successful experience selling our property with Philiip from interstate. Our only communication with Philip was phone and email, however he made us feel very comfortable, talked through each step, and I really felt he was in our corner helping us achieve the best result. He was very knowledgeable on the market and the area we were selling in and certainly achieve a great result. Thanks Philip and team

Great service, in a difficult market with many properties on the market, as well as having a tennant in the property.

Dealing with Philip has been an absolute pleasure. My purchase was short and sharp... I saw the property online and called to enquire about the property, and asked if Philip is available to show privately that day - Philip dropped everything and was there in 40 minutes. I came, I saw, I wanted, and Philip called the Vendor and pitched my offer then and there - no fluff, no crap - it was a vendor wanting to sell and purchaser wanting to buy, quickly facilitated by Philip = a deal was done 🤝 Having purchased and sold numerous properties and experienced numerous agents, Philip was a standout. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Philip as a selling agent. Our apartment had been tenanted for several years and he provided prompt and sensible advice on the necessary repairs and organised for them to be completed in a timely manner. He also offered sound advice on presentation. I was impressed by his professionalism, which resulted in a successful sale.
