Our experience with this house sale was not a good one, but that had absolutely nothing to do with our agent Chris. Our experiences and interaction with Chris was good. He advertised,arranged inspections, and was there for each inspection. Following these inspections he gave us immediate feed-back with regards to interest in the property and comments on those who'd inspected our propety. It evolved to be an awkward sale with complex legal matters. I guess in hindsight, Chris was the calming influence and to some extent the voice of reason, while we as vendors became stressed and angered by legal arguments and the procrastinations of the purchasers.
