We had the pleasure of purchasing our new family home through Su-ella and Irena. Running late to the first open home they still made us feel welcome and answered all our questions. Throughout the negotiation process we found Su-ella to be honest, fun, and highly professional representing the sellers best interest but also looking after ours. We negotiated some unusual terms which has required extra follow up from Su-ella with the owner and ourselves post sale and Su-ella has been excellent at keeping in contact. I purchased a house for which Chris was the selling agent and he made the whole process simple and gave me the confidence to enter the property market which is scary for a first home buyer. As a buyer we are always wary of agents and I've met dozens during my yearlong house search. Many don't seem to care about the vendor or the buyer. Not so with Chris. He worked hard to help both myself and the vendor to work together constructively and reach an agreement quickly, respectfully and with confidence. He went far beyond what I ever expected from an agent and really added a lot of value to the process. I would not hesitate at all to recommend him and he will certainly be my agent of choice when I choose to sell someday.
