Darren was exceptionally knowledgeable of the market and, having only purchased our brand new town-home 12 months prior to listing, provided us with realistic advice about the price our humble abode would fetch. We listed our townhome in early May and it was sold by the end of the month. Another town-home in the same development was listed (with another agent) months before ours and has only just sold! Hello, I had purchased my property through Sue Date-Lewis back in 1995 and over the years I was impressed in that they had kept in touch. When it came to sell my home they were by far the stand out team to choose based on their presence in the area, their client reach and their approach. It was fantastic to work with Sue and Darren to get our house on the market. They had a marketing plan and strategy which they clearly explained and I was able to work with them to ensure the best results were achieved. The costs associated with marketing the property were very reasonable and the actual promotional material was fantastic. Based on Sue and Darren's strategy, over 80 groups of people visited the house in the initial open week end and by Monday evening, they were able to present me with 17 written contracts of which one was selected and went through to settlement.
