The team have been really great over a number of years keeping me informed of tenant & Maintenance requests & generally keeping me up to date. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone who needs a quality property manager in the NW coastal corridor of Perth

Anytime I have any queries or anything needs actioning, Shan and the team are always very helpful and attentive. We are in the process of allowing them to take on a 3rd property of ours. Love their work!

We have rented through remax extreme for the past 2 years and the agency and Shan in particular, has been outstanding. Our last rental was nice and suited our needs however the owner made a quick decision to sell and we had 6 weeks to find an alternative rental. Shan and the team were very helpful and successfully helped us find another tenancy in our suburb. They have always been professional, kind and thoughtful even in the most stressful of times. 10/10 would recommend her and the remax team.

We have been with Remax for over a year and have enjoyed this rental so far. The agent is responsive whenever we make contact. The initial move in period was great with regular updates from application stage onwards, handover was easy and smooth as were the follow up checks once the report was received. We are very happy in our home!!

I have been dealing primarily with Tanya Richmond before transferred to Shan. My experience with both and company to great. Highly recommended

I haven’t been a tenant for very long hence why I’m giving 3 stars for now, if over time there are no dramas I will increase that rating. So far my real estate agent seems to be helpful, polite and prompt in her replies. I have no reason to fault her at this point in time.

We purchased our property interstate and needed a property manager to help us with looking at the property. Tanya from re/max was extremely helpful. She was always contactable, quick to respond and very thorough. I can highly recommended re/max.
