Having received a renewal lease offer on my apartment, I was delighted to have Shan negotiated a mutually beneficial arrangement for both the property owner and me. Good to know I have an agent who employs professional personal that can represent both parties in order to achieve the desired result.

The staff at RE/MAX Extreme have been very professional and supportive around my recent lease renewal. Staff have kept me informed of the owner's intentions and timelines. They are very efficient in attending any maintenance that is required on the property and are very respectful when completing required home inspections.

Like most industries RE/MAX has experienced staff turnover, however this has not impacted the professionalism experienced. Staff are consistent and timely with their communication and interactions.
