Leasing was easy and fast but once at the house comms have been disappointing. Messaged about fixing aircon about a month ago and only got 1 response which was inconclusive.

I am into my 12th year with Remax managing my rental houses. I still appreciate the effort provided by Remax regarding tenant screening, the owners portal and ongoing advice on market conditions. My new property manager shows strong knowledge of my houses and always has a quick efficient plan for repair of any maintenance issues as they occur. Im alerted 3 months before tenancy contracts are due to end, my agent then does all the work regarding tenets staying, advertising for new tenants, negotiating tenancy agreements. My life is easy with the service I receive from Remax and my agent. Very friendly and happy personality from my agent which I like. Thanks for all your work.

The house was presented to us in a bad shape. The house was dirty and with a strong smell that hasn't worn off, even after two months. Blinds, shutters, Spa and lights are damaged and in not working condition. Carpets are peeling off and presented with a strong smell. Walls, doors, light fittings, kitchen shelves, windows were dirty. Recently, a new agent was assigned to us but no action has been taken to solve any of these issues. We always take care of the houses we lived in, always leaving the place in better shape that we found it. We pay the rent in time, we are never late, and we always got our bonds back with 'thanks' from the owners and agencies. Our friends asked about our experience with Remax and we only had bad thing to say. We are planning on buying a house and so far Remax is not an option for us to do business with. We want to stay in this house until we found our forever home. Long term is an option for us. The house is looking a million time better now, the person who conducted the inspection told us so. - A little bit of background of our situation, before we signed the contract with this house, we were told the house was going to be painted inside and the carpet removed, reason why we agreed to this contract and we passed on in another house we were accepted as well. We were also asked to move a week later that the advertised date for this same reason. A week before de moving in date we got a second phone call advising that the owner change his mind and no changes were going to be made, leaving us with no choice.

Remax have been great to deal with from the beginning. Keep me informed in relation to everything and fixed an issue with property the same day. Only issue was the ‘Icy’ reception I went to collect keys to property but other than that no complaints
