I have been leasing my property through RE/MAX for over 3 years and dealing with the same property manager in that time. Make it very clear my relationship with RE/MAX Is solely with the property manager Kirsty who has been extremely professional working in my interest at all times. I previously leased the property out myself and found i didnt have time to do inspections nor the ability to address faults and damage done by tenants without getting upset. Putting distance between myself and the tennant has given my life back and ensure the property is maintained at the level it was when it was first leased through RE/MAX. Can not speak more highly of Kirsty.

Messages not returned in a timely manner. Knowledge of who is responsible for certain services. Tenants requested an internet connection to be installed. Property manager said it was the Landlords responsibility, which I questioned. Turns out that the tenants were responsible for the connection. Damaged floor by tenants 4 years ago. The floor was damaged by tenants and reported to property manager. I had a friend do a temporary repair until a decision was made to have the floor repaired. Tenants said that they were not responsible for the repair. I was told by the property manager that the floor will be compensated when the tenants vacate. Tenants vacated November 2020. I reminded the property manager to inspect the damage on the final inspection. I questioned the property manager about the floor who said that they could not see the damage. The property manager said that I would struggle to receive any compensation for the floor and referred me to Alana White. Alana shared the same view as the property manager, but said she would contact the person who did the temporary repair. Alana then reported to me that there would be compensation for the damaged floor.
