They are prompt with feedback and always keep me in the loop in regards to any issue regarding the property. They know the area and are able to make current suggestions in regards to tenants and rents in this moving market.

I am very satisfied with the property management service provided by Remax. They are always prompt and courteous when following up on any issues we may be having. They work hard if we need to find new tenants and are very thorough in their vetting processes. They always update us on any maintenance issues that need addressing and provide quotes for any work that is needed. We had a nightmare tenant at one stage and our property manager could not have done more trying to sort out the mess during the very difficult environment of Covid rules and restrictions. I couldn’t be more appreciative of the job that was done by Remax and our property manager in particular.
