Always been a winner
Three rental properties all well managed. I've never had long vacancies between tenancies even when there was a glut of vacant rental properties. Most tenants re-sign when their lease is due to expire. The maintenance notifications and quotes are always timely and value for money on the work necessary. The Remax provided property owner website has made it so easy for me to keep track of the properties that I don't keep my own personal property records anymore. The yearly reports for taxation have arrived within 1 week of the financial year ending. I appreciate the amount of work and time that goes into the admin and management of my properties. Remax management has made my time relating to rentals very easy. Thanks Julie
