Phil was the selling agent from the new home we purchased and we couldn’t have asked for a better agent to deal with. He helped us out a lot, was so approachable and any query we had was answered in a timely manner. Everything on his end was done on time with the utmost professionalism. We also received a lovely gift awaiting settlement and everything was smooth sailing. He’s also been in contact after the sale making sure everything is going ok and helping with communication with previous owners. We would recommend Phil to anyone looking for a top notch agent!

Buying my first home has always sounded like something that is so daunting, especially in this economy. However, as soon as I saw my perfect property on realestate.com, I enquired and had a conversation with Maria, she was so informative and helpful. Every step of the journey I felt as though Maria was on my side, which lead me to be able to purchase the property. It has ended up being one of the most smooth processes and I would highly recommend buying/selling with Maria and Phil Wiltshires team!

I've dealt with Phil previously so when I needed to sell another property, there was no doubt in my mind that Phil would again be the right person for the job. Because of Phil's experience and local area knowledge, he can look at a property and very quickly determine what needs to be done to get the highest possible sale value. I took Phil's suggestions on board; I spent a little and received a much higher sale price than I thought was possible. Phil coordinated the necessary work via his trusted network of contractors meaning minimal input from me. I would highly recommend Phil to anyone wanting to maximise their returns!

We recently purchased our first home in Perth with Cristina Botha at Remax Extreme office and were incredibly impressed with her knowledge, flexible approach when viewing the home and just overall excellent service and communication throughout the settlement process. We would highly recommend the Remax Extreme team specifically Christina when purchasing your next dream home. She is the best!
