Phil was great. We had a not so straight forward situation but Phil talked us through every step so we knew what to expect and the best way to get the outcome that we were hopeful for. The home open situation I thought would be daunting but Phil discussed how the house should be presented from advertising to home open and was even there prior to those moments just to help get us out the door - between a kid and the family dog it had felt like a lot. Settlement timeframes was also a concern for us but again Phil discussed the best way to go about this that would suit the buyer and the seller and the communication that Phil and the team have is just amazing. Totally put me at ease the whole way through. I would 100% recommend Phil and his team.

Property in Butler-review from a buyers perspective. Before meeting Phil, our house journey had been a crazy one! (So many house viewings and bidding wars!) However, from the moment we put the offer in, to the moment we picked up the keys, Phil Wiltshire and his team have made the process smooth and stress free and provided us immense support while being transparent about everything. The communication has been frequent throughout the process and Phil has honestly gone above and beyond during each development. It has been our first time buying in Australia and he offered us reassurance and exceeded our expectations with the support he has provided to us. There has been some slight hiccups with the owner, nothing to do with Phil but again Phil has done whatever he could to rectify problems. Our settlement took just under two months and this was done over the christmas period too, so we are happy to be in so soon!
