It's not every day you find someone who is at the top of their game, full of energy and keen to do their absolute best for a customer. This was my impression when Demo sold our house a few years back. Not much has changed! Naturally i had hope things would go just as well and wasn't disappointed. I need advice on market/buyer sentiment, price point, method of marketing and of course negotiating the sale.
