Wes was able to sell my house extremely fast and got me more then I thought I would ever get for my property. Wes came around to my place gave me an estimated price that was around $415k as the house was but gave me some great tips about how to change my house in a few small ways and this made it possible for my house to sell for $435k. Wes is a great realestate agent and anytime in the future I will be finding Wes again to help me as he got me top dollar and made a very stressful time a lot easier. We were very pleased with Wes as he was honest with a realistic price set on the property we purchased. He was easy to deal with and the house was not over dressed like many of the other properties we had viewed. He was friendly without the hard sell which was a pleasant change.
