Don't call anyone but Wes
I could not be happier with the outcome of the sale of my home in Eatons Hill with Remax Northern Realty. Wes McGregor has without a doubt delivered on everything he promised us; we sold at the first open house, with multiple offers, at a price we never would have put on our home. Wes is the only agent in this area who knows his industry; he is the only agent with a real strategy. I interviewed them all. And as a vendor who has previously sold real estate, he is the only one I would recommend with absolute confidence. Competent and efficient sales representative
Wes was recommended to us and from our first contact with him through to the completion of the sale of our house we were very happy with every aspect. Eye on the prize
During a very difficult sale with lots of obstacles being presented on a daily basis, Wes never took his eye off the price. Coming into an unpredictable market and selling our home from interstate could have been stressful. We needed to rely heavily on Wes's market experience and communication. Outstanding in all ways
We had to sell our investment property due to personal circumstances and couldn't have found a better agent. Wes explained everything and more about how we could maximize our price and timing of the sale. Of course you always have some trepidation in these matters but everything Wes explained to us rang true and he turned the property over in less than a week once listed and we got a better than expected price. If you need a quality honest agent go with Wes you won't be disappointed. 5 star all the way.
