I would very highly recommend Wes, he is probably the nicest, most genuine agent and human being I have ever met. He went above and beyond his duties to help us get ready to sell our house in a very difficult time and didn't leave us stranded once he had a buyer, as has happened in previous contracts. At the end of last year, Wes McGregor sold our house for us while we were interstate. We broached a number of agents from different agencies and felt that Wes was most upfront, realistic and had the best strategy for selling our property. We were very happy we chose him. He was direct with us about the price and the entire time approachable with any questions or queries we had. He did amazing photos of the property for realestate.com and his recommendation to hire furniture proved to be worthwhile for us. The entire time that the house was being prepared for selling and then on the market, we felt that Wes put in the 'extra effort', often doing things around the house himself and constantly checking on the property and following up with tradesmen. This was extremely important as we were interstate and unable to do that ourselves. When selling the house, we had a little 'hitch' and Wes was able to provide a solution that was agreeable to ourselves and the purchaser, resulting in our goal, a quick and profitable sale of our property.
