I first met Richard when I asked for an appraisal on my house. He spent no less than 3 hours with me, discussing the market at the moment, showing comparable houses to mine, thoroughly going through the process he takes to sell houses, and how he communicates to sellers and purchasers alike. He made the whole process absolutely pain free. Richard communicated everything in clear and precise ways, either by phone calls or emails, and did not do anything without my approval. He was extremely honest and transparent with all our dealings, which was so refreshing to find in this industry. I would definitely use Richard again with any real estate dealings I will have in the future, and I can highly recommend him to anyone looking to find an agent (and I have).

A real estate agent who says what he does & does what he says!!!?? How rare is that!! Initially, sick of the usual salesman spiel, I gave Richard a hard time. But his presentation was (suspiciously!?) good so I did a bit of background research & found out that even though other agents were trumpeting strong sales in the area, Richard was the salesman ACTUALLY MAKING THOSE SALES, not the others who were implying that they had! This completely changed my approach to Richard & the trust I implicitly bestowed upon Richard was rewarded! As an overseas executor of my mothers will, the sale needed to be swift "clean" & sympathetically handled. Richard promised & delivered! Cannot recommend Richard highly enough!
