We were interested in purchasing a house that Richard was in charge of selling. We showed up to an open home right before it finished, and he was polite even though we most likely inconvenienced him. He was never pushy in the negotiation process, but did stay in touch and kept us up to date with everything that was happening. He knew what steps had to be taken and guided us along the process. Not once did I feel pushed, rushed or that he tried to influence our decision at all. He just gave us the information and outlined different scenarios for each course of action.
